Appreciate the irony. There’s currently very little to notice here. Woodlark & Pipit is undergoing a small makeover. More quietly remarkable things coming soon and very soon. Promise.

A little about the birds. And us.

Woodlarks and pipits are exactly the kinds of birds most people walk straight past. They’re small. Brownish. Not particularly interested in making a spectacle of themselves. You’re unlikely to find a crowd gathered around one with binoculars. But look a little closer and there’s more going on than you might expect.

Which, as it turns out, is rather the point.

Woodlark & Pipit is a tiny writing and art studio built around the idea that some of the most interesting things in the world aren’t necessarily the loudest, biggest, or most obvious. Sometimes they’re hiding in plain sight, waiting for someone to stop long enough to notice. So that’s what we do here.
