I've lived an unconventional life that includes expulsion from a book club, climbing in the Cascade Range, and a graduate thesis on financial inclusion for women in Africa. I grow roses with varying degrees of success and deeply believe Hatch chile season should be federally recognized.
These days, I live at the edge of the Blue Ridge with my husband, two dogs, an unreasonable number of books, and a growing collection of equipment designed to tell me which bird just made that noise. Woodlark & Pipit is where I direct that same indiscriminate curiosity toward the quietly remarkable things I encounter along the way.
